Cancellation of a confirmed booking:

• If you decide to cancel your confirmed booking, we offer a 100% refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the tour start time.

• If the cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour start time, an 80% refund will be made.

• If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the tour start time, no refund will be made.

Cancellation of an unconfirmed reservation:
If you have requested a reservation but have not yet confirmed it, you may cancel it at any time without penalty or charge.
